This Beauty  is 11cm high
and is on display with several of Her sisters in the British Museum. 
Her nickname comes from a painting by Peter Blake..
"Bird Headed Snake Goddess"

In the British Museum but not on display
A similar statue popularly known as the  "Nile River Goddess"
is in the Brooklyn Museum and
is identified as being from the Naqada I culture which was in Lower Egypt
These bone Beauties (which are on display with the above) are identified as Naqada I culture,
4000 - 3600 BCE
